These Terms govern your access to and use of the Paira mobile app ("Services"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Paira. Users aged 16–18 must have guardian consent.

2. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share or transfer your account

We may suspend accounts for violations or safety concerns.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Harass, scam, impersonate, or harm others
• Use bots or automation tools
• Post illegal, hateful, or explicit content
• Conduct unauthorized financial activity

4. User Content

You own your content but grant Paira permission to display and process it to operate the App. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. AI Features

Paira provides AI-powered suggestions and recommendations. These are not guaranteed and may evolve over time.

6. In-App Purchases

Paid features and subscriptions may be offered. Purchases are processed through Apple or Google. All sales are final unless required by law.

7. Peer-to-Peer Interactions

Users are responsible for their interactions, both online and offline. Paira does not guarantee the accuracy or behavior of other users.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may remove accounts that violate the Terms.

9. Disclaimer

Paira is provided "AS IS." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect AI recommendations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Paira is not liable for:

• Indirect losses
• User actions or interactions
• Damages beyond the amount paid to Paira within the past 12 months
